inChennai Barter was founded in 1982 as a commercial trading network of companies in the Central inChennai area. inChennai Barter has grown to over 1500 companies in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas. These companies trade among each other using a medium of exchange called a trade dollar. In 2002, the 1500 members of inChennai Barter conducted over $15 million in trade sales and purchases using the inChennai Barter trading network.

inChennai Barter provides a marketplace for businesses to exchange goods and services. Members enjoy increased sales, cash flow and profit. inChennai Barter recruits members through referrals and its direct sales force, facilitates sales and purchases by members, and acts as a third-party record keeper, providing transaction processing of debits and credits of its trade dollars.

inChennai Barter members list their products or services in the inChennai Barter network, earn trade dollars when they sell, and use trade dollars to buy products and services they need in their businesses. Members work with their Trade Broker or search the directory and product listings. Trades are conducted over the telephone using a 24-hour automated system, or via this site.
